What is the HelpDesk utility and what does it do?

Basically, the HelpDesk utility allows me to use your computer from my computer. When you connect with me, I can see your computer screen just like I was sitting in front of it. I can control your mouse and use your programs. For example, I could download and install software you might need or run anti-virus scans.

NOTICE: I CANNOT connect to your computer unless you allow me by running the HelpDesk. Also, I MUST know that you are going to use my HelpDesk so I can give you permission to connect to me.

How to download and run the HelpDesk utility...

Please click on the red Download button above.

Click the "Run" button as shown below.

Or you can save it. Make sure "Look in" says "Desktop" as shown below.

If you download and do not close the window, click the "Run" button.

Once its on your desktop, simply double-click the icon.

When my HelpDesk program starts, double-click the line that says "Double-click here for LIVE Internet support".

All done! Once the connection has been made over the Internet between our computers, I can see yours in a window!
